Cream: "Absolutely not. I did what I was paid to do."

Cream: "I was applied during the skincare routine. Upon being applied under the eyes, not even 3 minutes later. I was rinsed off. It happened 3 times which is extremely offensive."

Architect Patience: "I understand your position. Did discomfort arrive immediately or slowly?"

Cream: "I didn't last 3 minutes on the skin. The user started saying it's itching and next thing I know I was removed. I would say immediately."

Architect Patience: "What happened after application?"

Architect Patience: "Your Curatorship, it's important to understand the relationship skin-cream. But fine. At what point did irritation become alarm?"

Cream: "I would say immediately as they started acting up and saying 'itching, itching' as if they didn't apply me willingly under their eyes."

Architect Patience: "We could argue skin rejected your attempt. I'd like to hear from you, did skin resist or rejected you?"

Cream: "I'm never rejected. Obviously, they were looking for drama. As I said they remove me."

Cream: "I would say itchiness, maybe irritation. What do I know? I'm not a doctor."

Architect Patience: "Cream, What memory remained after contact?"

Cream: "I was barely there. I can't answer that. You would need to ask Skin."

Architect Patience: "So if I understand correctly, the relationship between cream and face deteriorated?"

Cream: "On my hand, everything held up accordingly. I was paid to provide hydration which I did. On their hand, that's another story that I can't answer to."

Cream: "I didn't have the chance to."

Cream: "From my perspective, I did not have time to as I was not given a chance."

Cream: "I was paid for hydration and provided that while I had the chance to. Before I was forcefully removed."

Cream: "Absolutely. The label stated claims and those claims are what I do which is standard procedure."

Cream: "Restraint is to not do anything besides my job which was held.."

Refiner Structure: "Is there any other way, these feelings could have happened?"

Cream: "It's a ritual which means many products are being applied. Sometimes, products from different brands. Other times, products from the same brand. But the skin reacts differently to different ingredients, quality, texture. Yes, anything else could have made this a possibility."

Determination

Selector Dignify: The Selectorium has heard arguments on both sides. Both sides had presented unique perspectives. Refiner Structure has focused on standards. And it was determined standards was held. However, Architect Patience has requested the Convocation due to skin not melting with cream. Cream has not denied this grievance. If standards was the grievance, penalty would have been canceled. Since embodiment was the grievance, in the matter of Keeperium v. Elf Cosmetics Drift: Discomfort Unjustified, the Selectorium has found that discomfort was not justified. For this reason, the Selectorium has to increase the penalty to match the discomfort caused:
